Alto is a benchtop Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) instrument that integrates digital microfluidics (DMF) with nanotechnology-based biosensors to provide fully automated, high-throughput label-free interaction analysis. The 16-channel design uses a disposable, robot-compatible cartridge that contains sensors and reagents to run kinetics and affinity experiments from ultra-low sample volumes, enabling automated serial dilutions, assay automation, and seamless integration with laboratory automation platforms.
