NTA Sensors (10 pk) SEN-AU-100-10-NTA are sensor chips designed to capture His-tagged biomolecules onto the sensor surface for analysis in OpenSPR instruments. The reversible His–NTA interaction enables captured ligands to be removed and re-immobilized for subsequent interaction analysis. These sensors are supplied as a 10-pack and are intended for surface immobilization workflows that use Ni2+-activated NTA chemistry.
