Nicoya NTA Reagent Kit NTA-RK

The NTA Reagent Kit NTA-RK is a reagent kit for preparing and regenerating NTA-functional sensor surfaces for OpenSPR instruments. The kit contains EDTA conditioning solution, NiCl2 to activate the NTA surface, and imidazole to disrupt His–NTA bonds for removal of His-tagged ligands, and is intended for use with NTA-functional sensors. The kit supplies reagents sufficient for up to 10 experiments and includes components formulated and packaged for controlled storage conditions.
