MicroSnap E. coli Detection (100) MS2-ECOLI is a rapid bioluminogenic detection device for the detection and enumeration of Escherichia coli in food, environmental surfaces and liquids. The kit delivers same-shift/same-day results by producing measurable light when E. coli-specific enzymes react with proprietary substrates and is read using a Hygiena luminometer for quantitative or presence/absence reporting.
