MicroSnap Enhanced Nutrient Broth is a ready-to-use, non-selective protein enrichment broth designed to enable low-level enumeration of product samples when used with MicroSnap Total, MicroSnap Coliform and MicroSnap E. coli detection devices. The 9 mL broth volume reduces interference from physical components in samples and, when used with MicroSnap Coliform on milk samples, enables detection down to 1 CFU/mL (AOAC RI Performance Tested Method, Certificate #071302). The product is supplied as 100 units per box and should be stored between 2°–8°C.
