Hygiena InSite Listeria spp Test Kit is a self-contained, easy-to-use environmental test for detection of Listeria species. The kit uses a chromogenic liquid media with antibiotics, growth enhancers and color-changing compounds plus neutralizers in the wetting solution; swab the test area and incubate, with a color change after 24–48 hours considered a presumptive positive. This version is supplied as 100 items and is designated ILC100.
