InSite L. mono Glo is a self-contained environmental sampling and screening test for Listeria species and Listeria monocytogenes. Each device contains chromogenic liquid media with antibiotics, growth enhancers, color-changing compounds specific to Listeria and fluorescent compounds specific to L. monocytogenes. The two-step assay produces a color change for Listeria spp. and reveals L. monocytogenes under UV illumination, providing presumptive results for environmental monitoring in food processing and sanitation verification.
