Biokar Buffered peptone water (25.5 g/L) is a ready-to-use culture medium designed for the non-selective pre-enrichment of Salmonella spp. from food and environmental samples. It follows the ISO 6579:2002 formulation and is supplied in 5L flexible pouches, each containing 40 pouches of 5L.
